Hello,

Sorry one of your visitors is having problems accessing your site! It looks like it is just an issue with the browser and isn't an IP related issue. This can be confirmed by your visitor if they try to view your site with a different browser such as FireFox or Chrome.

I looked around online and Microsoft does have an article mentioning the error your visitor is receiving:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979887

It recommends updating Windows and Internet Explorer to resolve the issue. Other sites I looked at mentioned it was a possible issue with the anti-virus so recommend your visitor to run a scan on their computer and update their anti-virus protection as well.

Hi kisshain,

Based on this error:
Message: Unexpected call to method or property access.

At first I thought it may be an issue with a script you're running on your site, however after some research, it looks like it may be due to an anti virus program the user is running on their computer.

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/f ... 1883d7e609

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/f ... 1ea32f6f19

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/f ... dd6807d182

If they are the only user having this problem, then I assume it is with something on their end. To confirm this however, you may need for them to temporarily disable their anti virus programs and test again.

I hope this helps!

Thanks,

- Brad

i got the same problem and i have found that it is my antivirus that keeps blocking other visitors to enter my site using a certain IP's.. it helps for proxy made IP's but it tends to block normal IPs as well.. how can i get rid of it anyway?

Hello,

I've never heard of a webmaster's personal antivirus blocking visitors from their website. Can you give more information? Do you have the antivirus also installed onto your hosting account? Since when visitors comes to your site they hit the hosting server IP and not your personal computer, I am not sure how your personal antivirus would prevent anyone from viewing your content.
